Greek Relish Burgers
Ingredients
- 6 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (12-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (7-oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- ½ cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill patties, covered, on a grill rack rubbed with 2 Tbsp oil 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Cook onion in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender; stir in tomatoes, artichokes, roasted peppers, and olives.
- Serve burgers on buns with relish.
