Greek Beef Patties
Ingredients
- 6 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties (or use ground turkey)
- 1½ tsp garlic salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 slices tomato
Instructions
- Sprinkle patties with 1 tsp garlic salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, grate zest from lemon to equal 1 tsp; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp.
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, juice, cheese, and ½ tsp garlic salt.
- Top burgers with sliced tomato and yogurt sauce. Serve with a knife and fork.
