White Barbecue Burgers
Ingredients
- 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 hamburger buns (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Serve burgers on buns with slaw and white barbecue sauce.
