Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Whisk together vinaigrette, mustard, oregano, and garlic; brush over pork.
- Grill pork, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.

- Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
