Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette 
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Whisk together vinaigrette, mustard, oregano, and garlic; brush over pork.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
  • 2 zucchini, chopped 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower, zucchini, and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
