Ingredients

1 (10-oz) pkg marshmallows
2 (1.55-oz) milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
1 (14.4-oz) pkg graham crackers, broken into squares
1 (48-oz) carton ice cream (any flavor)

Instructions

Toast marshmallows over a fire, or place, a few at a time, on a foil-lined baking sheet, and broil 30 seconds or until toasted, watching carefully.
Place a piece of chocolate and a toasted marshmallow on 1 graham cracker square. Place a scoop of ice cream on another graham cracker square, and sandwich them together. Repeat to make desired amount of sandwiches.
Serve immediately, or wrap and freeze until ready to serve.
