Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg gluten-free spaghetti
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1½ cups tomato-basil pasta sauce
  • ½ (15-oz) jar gluten-free Alfredo sauce (see Note)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and add to pasta.
  3. Stir in pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce, and ½ cup cheese; spoon mixture into a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ¼ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam beans in a steamer basket over simmering water 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Stir together oil, mustard, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Add green beans; toss.
