Garlic-Parsley French Fries

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • ½ (9-oz) bottle horseradish mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Grill steak on oiled grill grate 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
  3. Grill rolls, cut sides down, until toasted. Serve steak and spinach on rolls with mustard.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen French fries
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Stir together melted butter, parsley, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle over fries; toss.
