Garlic-Parsley French FriesIngredients
- 1½ lb flank steak
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 6 hoagie rolls, split
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ½ (9-oz) bottle horseradish mustard
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Grill steak on oiled grill grate 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Grill rolls, cut sides down, until toasted. Serve steak and spinach on rolls with mustard.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen French fries
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Stir together melted butter, parsley, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle over fries; toss.
