Chicken and Basil Pita Pizzas
Sliced Melon
Ingredients
- 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pitas on a baking sheet; brush with oil.
- Top with half of cheese, sliced tomato, onion, chicken, and basil. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pitas are crisp.

- 1 cantaloupe
