Chicken and Basil Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pitas on a baking sheet; brush with oil.
  2. Top with half of cheese, sliced tomato, onion, chicken, and basil. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pitas are crisp.

  • 1 cantaloupe

  1. Slice cantaloupe, and serve with pizzas.
