Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb)
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Rub all over pork.
  2. Wrap prosciutto around pork. Grill 15 to 20 minutes until pork is done, turning occasionally. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, quartered 
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated balsamic vinaigrette
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine arugula, strawberries, onion, and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
