Ingredients
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb)
- 1 (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Rub all over pork.
- Wrap prosciutto around pork. Grill 15 to 20 minutes until pork is done, turning occasionally. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, quartered
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup refrigerated balsamic vinaigrette
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine arugula, strawberries, onion, and vinaigrette in a bowl; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
