Asian Pork Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into chunks (1 lb)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ cup teriyaki marinade
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 (12-oz) pkg stir-fry vegetable medley
- ½ (12-oz) pkg zucchini spirals
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Add marinade; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly and pork is done. Sprinkle pork with cilantro and sesame seeds; remove from skillet.
- Meanwhile, cook vegetables and zucchini according to package directions.
- Divide zucchini among 3 bowls; arrange pork and vegetables over zucchini. Serve with lime wedges.
