Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, wild-caught raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp garlic seasoning
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss shrimp with oil, lemon zest, seasoning, and pepper. Thread shrimp onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill, covered, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.

- 2 Tbsp pesto
- ⅓ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
