Ingredients

  • ½ lb peeled and deveined, wild-caught raw shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss shrimp with oil, lemon zest, seasoning, and pepper. Thread shrimp onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill, covered, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg microwaveable white rice
  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • ⅓ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Side Dish Instructions
