Grilled Chicken and Spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (7.75-oz) box classic pasta salad
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes; chop.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan until tender; drain.
- Whisk together seasoning mix and dressing in a large bowl; add pasta. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, basil, and chicken; toss.
