Grilled Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
Potato Chips and Chilled GrapesIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup coleslaw dressing
- 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup honey barbecue sauce, divided
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Toss together coleslaw mix and dressing in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken with half of barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done; brush with remaining barbecue sauce, and top with cheese slices.
- Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Place chicken on buns; top with desired amount of slaw, and add bun tops.

- ½ (11-oz) bag potato chips
- ½ lb red seedless grapes, chilled
