Citrus Salmon Grain Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp roasted garlic-and-herb seasoning blend
- 1 (1½-lb) salmon fillet
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable seven whole-grains mix
- 1 (10.6-oz) pkg chopped salad kit with sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Grate 1 tsp zest from orange; squeeze juice to equal 1 Tbsp. Combine sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and seasoning. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet; rub with sugar mixture.
- Broil salmon 8 to 10 minutes or until flakes with a fork. Meanwhile, cook grains and prepare salad kit according to package directions.
- Divide salad and grains among 6 serving bowls. Break salmon into large pieces; top bowls with salmon.
