Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder and salt. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon, skin sides up and in batches if necessary, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip salmon, and cook 3 minutes or until flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding asparagus during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water, and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Toss lemon zest, lemon juice, cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste with pasta mixture over low heat until combined. Serve with extra lemon wedges, if on hand.
