Easy Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) carton vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 (3.4-oz) pkg cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt and pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in raspberries; fold in whipped topping until blended.
- Spoon into small cups or glasses. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve. Garnish with more raspberries and, if desired, mint.
