Easy Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) carton vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 (3.4-oz) pkg cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt and pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in raspberries; fold in whipped topping until blended.
  2. Spoon into small cups or glasses. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve. Garnish with more raspberries and, if desired, mint.
