French Onion Burgers
Summer Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 onion rolls
Instructions
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 15 minutes or until tender and browned. Serve cheeseburgers on rolls with onions.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
