Chicken Club Sandwiches with Spicy Mayonnaise
Carrots with Ranch Dip and Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- ½ cup mayonnaise and mustard sauce blend
- 12 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread
- 1 (25-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
- 6 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat bacon in microwave, if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard blend over 1 side of each bread slice.
- Layer bacon, chicken, lettuce, and cheese over spread on half of bread slices. Cover with remaining slices, spread side down.

- 1 (16-oz) bag baby carrots
- 1 (10-oz) bag potato chips
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve carrots and chips with Ranch dressing for dipping.
