Grilled Cajun Chicken
Fried Okra, Sliced Tomato, and CornbreadIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Rub with oil; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
- Grill chicken on greased grill rack, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen breaded okra
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cornbread mix

- Fry or bake okra according to package directions.
