Caribbean Jerk Burgers with Mango Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1½ Tbsp Jerk seasoning
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
- ⅓ cup mango chutney
- ½ cup mayonnaise, divided
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and Jerk seasoning; shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Stir together coleslaw mix, mango chutney, and ¼ cup mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Top bottom halves with patties and desired amount of mango slaw. Cover with bun tops.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) bag potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve chips with burgers.
