Crunchy Shrimp Tacos with Spicy Sour Cream
Mango-Cilantro Rice
Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (12.5-oz) pkg soft taco dinner kit
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 avocados, sliced
Instructions
- Cook shrimp according to package directions.
- Stir together sour cream and seasoning packet (from kit) in a bowl.
- Heat tortillas, if desired. Serve shrimp in tortillas topped with coleslaw, avocados, sour cream mixture, and taco sauce (from kit).
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped mango
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl. Stir in mango and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
