Frozen Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange frozen bananas on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread with almond butter. Freeze until hardened.
  2. Microwave chocolate chips and oil in a microwavable bowl in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
  3. Using a fork, dip each banana slice in chocolate until covered. Shake off excess chocolate; return to baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
