Frozen Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites

Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Arrange frozen bananas on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread with almond butter. Freeze until hardened.
- Microwave chocolate chips and oil in a microwavable bowl in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Using a fork, dip each banana slice in chocolate until covered. Shake off excess chocolate; return to baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
