Ingredients
- 12 oz whole grain penne pasta
- 1 (24-oz) jar fire-roasted marinara sauce (see Note)
- 4 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine marinara sauce and chicken in a large skillet; cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often, until chicken is done. Stir in pasta; sprinkle with cheeses.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes or until cheeses melt.
