Ingredients

  • 12 oz whole grain penne pasta
  • 1 (24-oz) jar fire-roasted marinara sauce (see Note)
  • 4 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine marinara sauce and chicken in a large skillet; cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often, until chicken is done. Stir in pasta; sprinkle with cheeses.
  3. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until cheeses melt.
