Loaded Buffalo Chicken Nachos
Lime Cantaloupe Slices
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 5 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce, divided
- ½ (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 avocado, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together chicken and 3 Tbsp wing sauce in a bowl. Arrange half of chips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with half of chicken mixture, half of beans, and half of cheese; repeat layers. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream and 2 Tbsp wing sauce. Drizzle over baked nachos; top with avocado.
