Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine cheese, olives, and tomato. Serve with chicken.
