Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cheese, olives, and tomato. Serve with chicken.
