Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ lb flat iron steak

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, oil, basil, and garlic in a zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Seal bag, and turn to coat meat. Chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

  • 1 (10-oz) box plain couscous
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup lemon vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare couscous according to package directions; stir in tomato, onions, and vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
