Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ lb flat iron steak
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, oil, basil, and garlic in a zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Seal bag, and turn to coat meat. Chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

- 1 (10-oz) box plain couscous
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup lemon vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare couscous according to package directions; stir in tomato, onions, and vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
