Greek Salad Pita Wraps
Hummus with Celery Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg pita bread rounds, halved
- 1 lb deli-sliced roasted chicken breast (or use sliced turkey)
- 1 (16-oz) pkg shredded tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup lemon vinaigrette
- 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Open up pita pockets. Place 2 to 3 slices chicken in each pocket.
- Toss together coleslaw, feta, and vinaigrette in a bowl. Stuff slaw in pitas, and top with tomatoes.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 6 stalks celery
- 1 (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut celery into 3-inch pieces; serve with hummus.
