Greek Salad Pita Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg pita bread rounds, halved
  • 1 lb deli-sliced roasted chicken breast (or use sliced turkey)
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg shredded tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup lemon vinaigrette
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Open up pita pockets. Place 2 to 3 slices chicken in each pocket.
  2. Toss together coleslaw, feta, and vinaigrette in a bowl. Stuff slaw in pitas, and top with tomatoes.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 stalks celery
  • 1 (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut celery into 3-inch pieces; serve with hummus.
