Salmon and Asparagus Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg asparagus tips
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
Instructions
- Steam asparagus and snap peas according to package directions; let cool.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet; lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) to desired doneness. Flake into large pieces.
- Meanwhile, prepare salad according to package directions. Add peas and carrots. Divide among 6 plates; top with salmon and asparagus.
