Honey-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
  3. Combine 1 Tbsp oil, honey, garlic, and cumin; brush over chicken. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 8 minutes or until done.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg chopped broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together vegetables and garlic on large baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp-tender.
