Shrimp and Ravioli in Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated 4-cheese ravioli
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (15-oz) jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
  3. Add onion to skillet, and cook until just tender. Stir in sauce, broth, and basil; cook until heated through.
  4. Stir in shrimp and ravioli.
