Shrimp and Ravioli in Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated 4-cheese ravioli
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15-oz) jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
- Add onion to skillet, and cook until just tender. Stir in sauce, broth, and basil; cook until heated through.
- Stir in shrimp and ravioli.
