Garlic-Honey Broiled Lamb Chops
Sliced Fennel-Orange SaladIngredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or use 2 Tbsp dried)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 12 (3-oz) lamb loin chops, trimmed
Instructions
- Whisk together garlic, honey, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a zip-top freezer bag. Add lamb, and seal bag; chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat broiler. Arrange lamb in a single layer on a broiler pan. Broil 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 large fennel bulbs, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
