Asian Ground Beef and Broccoli
Sesame Cauliflower RiceIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 6 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Instructions
- Cook beef, garlic, and red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain; return to skillet.
- Whisk together broth, soy sauce, oil, and cornstarch. Add to skillet with broccoli and water chestnuts.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and broccoli is tender. Serve over Sesame Cauliflower Rice recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes, stirring often, until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
- Stir in onions and salt; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
