Chorizo Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 oz ground chorizo sausage
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 8 large eggs
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook chorizo in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 4 minutes or until tender.
- Whisk together eggs and garlic salt. Add to skillet; stir constantly until eggs begin to set but are still moist.
- Sprinkle cheese and cilantro over eggs before serving.
