Wasa Multigrain Crispbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg orzo
  • 1 lb asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
  • ¾ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup sliced roasted almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions, adding asparagus and peas during last minute of cooking.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Toss together orzo mixture and vinaigrette in a serving bowl. Stir in tomatoes, nuts, parsley, and mint.
