Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- ¾ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1½ dill pickle spears, chopped (or use bread and butter pickles)
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 3 slices American cheese (or use any sliced cheese)
- 1½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, and tomato.
- Spoon into an 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ¼ cup Cheddar; top with American cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce, if desired.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg strawberries
- ½ (9.25-oz) pkg corn chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut up berries; place in a bowl, and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve desired amount of chips with casserole.
