Ingredients

  • 3 lb heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 seedless watermelon, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ½ sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup torn fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Arrange tomatoes, watermelon, and onion on a large platter.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl; drizzle over salad.
  3. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
