Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- 3 lb heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 seedless watermelon, cut into 2-inch pieces
- ½ sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup torn fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Arrange tomatoes, watermelon, and onion on a large platter.
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl; drizzle over salad.
- Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
