Ingredients
- 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fish, skin sides up, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip fish, and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb Broccolini, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ⅓ cup quinoa
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Broccolini and oil on a large foil-lined baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 12 minutes or until Broccolini is tender, stirring once during cooking. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
- Meanwhile, cook nuts in a small skillet over medium heat until toasted and fragrant, stirring often. Cook quinoa according to package directions; toss with almonds and ¼ tsp salt.
