Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook fish, skin sides up, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip fish, and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ⅓ cup quinoa

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Broccolini and oil on a large foil-lined baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 12 minutes or until Broccolini is tender, stirring once during cooking. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
  3. Meanwhile, cook nuts in a small skillet over medium heat until toasted and fragrant, stirring often. Cook quinoa according to package directions; toss with almonds and ¼ tsp salt.
