Chicken Club Sandwiches with Spicy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and mustard sauce blend
  • 4 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread
  • ½ (25-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat bacon in microwave, if desired.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard blend over 1 side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer bacon, chicken, lettuce, and cheese over spread on half of bread slices. Cover with remaining slices, spread side down.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) bag baby carrots
  • ½ (10-oz) bag potato chips
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve carrots and chips with Ranch dressing for dipping.
