Chicken Club Sandwiches with Spicy Mayonnaise
Carrots with Ranch Dip and Potato ChipsIngredients
- ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and mustard sauce blend
- 4 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread
- ½ (25-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
- 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat bacon in microwave, if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard blend over 1 side of each bread slice.
- Layer bacon, chicken, lettuce, and cheese over spread on half of bread slices. Cover with remaining slices, spread side down.

- ½ (16-oz) bag baby carrots
- ½ (10-oz) bag potato chips
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
