Pineapple, Kiwi, and Blueberry Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 (13.66-oz) can light coconut milk
- 1 tsp lime zest
- ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1½ cups crushed ice
- 4 kiwifruit, sliced
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- ½ cup coarsely chopped raw pistachios
Instructions
- Process pineapple, ¾ cup coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and ice in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
- Pour into 4 bowls; top with kiwi slices, blueberries, coconut, and nuts. Drizzle with remaining coconut milk.
