Ravioli and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • ½ (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen California-style vegetables, thawed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add vegetables and garlic. Cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  3. Add broth; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Divide ravioli between 2 plates; spoon vegetable mixture over ravioli.
