Egg-and-Cheese Bagel Sandwiches
Apple, Blueberry, and Banana SaladIngredients
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
- 12 large eggs
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 6 everything bagels, halved and toasted
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cook egg mixture in hot drippings over medium heat until eggs are just set. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Divide egg mixture among bottom halves of bagels. Top eggs with bacon and cheese, and cover with bagel tops.

- 3 apples, sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients just before serving.
