Grilled Pork Chops

Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Sweet Peas

Ingredients

  • 6 (8-oz) bone-in pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork with oil; sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions; stir in sour cream.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
