Ingredients

  • 1½ lb top sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar sun-dried tomato pesto

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with paprika, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain. Serve with sun-dried tomato pesto.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together vegetables, mushrooms, and oil on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
