Skillet Sausage with White Beans and Spinach
Long-Grain White RiceIngredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- 2 (15-oz) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Serve over rice.
