Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 jar pesto
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 5 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Press pizza dough onto bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 15-x 10-inch rimmed baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Bake 10 minutes.
  2. Top partially-baked crust with pesto, spinach, tomatoes, and cheeses.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 apples, sliced
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together apples, grapes, oil, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper before serving.
