Cheesy Tomato Slab Pie
Apple and Grape Salad with Balsamic DressingIngredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 jar pesto
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 5 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Press pizza dough onto bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 15-x 10-inch rimmed baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Bake 10 minutes.
- Top partially-baked crust with pesto, spinach, tomatoes, and cheeses.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 4 apples, sliced
- 2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together apples, grapes, oil, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper before serving.
