Wasa Multigrain Crispbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg linguine
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Cook spinach and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until spinach is wilted.
  3. Add vinegar, tomatoes, and basil; cook 1 minute. Add pasta and enough pasta water to make a thin sauce; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
