Dill Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken in a small greased baking dish. Combine oil, dill, and garlic; rub all over chicken. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • ½ lb red potatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ tsp salt, divided
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, dill, ⅛ tsp salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring after 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook beans according to package directions. Sprinkle with ⅛ tsp salt.
