Loaded Potato Tot Kabobs with Sriracha Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- Loaded Potato Tot Kabobs:
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots, thawed
- 12-inch bamboo skewers
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 (3-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
- Sriracha Ranch Dip:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F for tot kabobs; coat a disposable pan or a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Thread 6 to 8 potato tots onto each skewer, and place on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until tots are browned and crisp.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with Sriracha Ranch Dip.
- For dip, Stir mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate up to 3 days.
