Easy for Entertaining
Hot Collard Greens and Bacon Dip

Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese spread
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen chopped collard greens, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (12-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Pita chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F; coat an 11-x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, cheeses, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic in a bowl at medium speed with a mixer until creamy.
- Add collard greens, artichoke hearts, and half of bacon, beating until blended. Spoon into prepared dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, and serve with pita chips.
