Hot Collard Greens and Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen chopped collard greens, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (12-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • Pita chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; coat an 11-x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, cheeses, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic in a bowl at medium speed with a mixer until creamy.
  4. Add collard greens, artichoke hearts, and half of bacon, beating until blended. Spoon into prepared dish.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, and serve with pita chips.
