Greek Steak Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup refrigerated tzatziki-Ranch Greek yogurt dressing 
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
  2. Arrange lettuce in 4 stacks; top with steak, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, dressing, and cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower rice
  • 5 Tbsp olive bruschetta topping 
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. Stir in bruschetta topping, mint, and garlic salt.
